Estimated Delivery Times

- Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days (available at an additional cost)
- International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination (please allow up to 10-15 business days).

Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to the UK and select international locations.
- Please note that customs fees or import taxes for international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- For lost packages, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
